Breaking news: Big Spirit Lake Shoreline ProtectedThis article appeared in the Fall 2005 edition of INHF's magazine.
At press-time, INHF has agreed to a contract purchase of 93 acres along Big Spirit Lake. This site contains 3,500 feet of shoreline, including a large bulrush bed (shown here) that provides critical habitat for fish and other wildlife.
