Planned
Gifts
A planned gift to
the Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation is a great way to "give
something back" to Iowa's land and people. You might be surprised
to know that your generosity can benefit you and your family financially,
too.
A planned gift can
be as simple as including the Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation
in your will or naming the Foundation as a beneficiary of an insurance
policy, retirement plan, or certificate of deposit
Regardless of the
kind of planned gift you choose, you will direct your dollars
to conservation (not taxes), help simplify your estate plans,
and perhaps increase your income.
You can designate
the use of your planned gift. Most planned gifts that come to
INHF are directed to the endowment fund,
helping us to achieve these goals:
Restore and protect thousands of acres of wild places in Iowa:
prairies, woodlands, wetlands, rivers, and trails.
Educate Iowans about how and
why they should care for natural resources.
Build a revolving land protection
fund that provides quick interim financing when it's needed to
buy and protect wild places.
We hope you will
consider leaving a legacy to INHF and your other favorite charities.
We invite you to take time today to learn more about these planned
gifts:
INHF
is the only conservation group focused entirely on Iowa's wild
places and natural resources.
We'll
help you find the giving method that's right for you and the land-saving
work you want to support.
