Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation, with our friends Linn County Conservation and Bird Friendly Iowa, is honored to host Dr. Doug Tallamy, author, professor and ecologist, for a presentation and book signing this October.
Dr. Tallamy’s presentation will be informative, inspiring, and provide essential tips to increasing biodiversity throughout the urban and rural landscape.
Dr. Tallamy is a nationally recognized entomologist and author of several books including The Living Landscape, Bringing Nature Home, Nature’s Best Home and most recently, The Nature of Oaks. Dr. Tallamy is also a professor and researcher at the University of Delaware Entomology and Wildlife Ecology Department.
His books are available from numerous outlets and can be found directly from the publisher, Timber Press.
